International Order Policies
For international orders we prefer PayPal payments. For credit card payments the shipping address and the billing address should be the same.
Please Note that FREE SHIPPING does not apply to the international orders. FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 only applies to orders shipped within USA.
We cannot refund the shipping charges for any returns for international orders.
We are not responsible if your item gets inspected by your receiving country’s customs and you might end up paying customs charges. Items shipped internationally are randomly checked by receiving country’s customs and may or may not be charged a customs fees. The customs fees could apply to orders shipped from any website not just FLYFISHTOOLS.COM.
The international order may take 5 to 10 business days from the time it is shipped, depending on where the package is shipped to. If gone through customs it may take a little longer. We could not be responsible for any delays if your item is the one checked randomly by your country’s customs.
